COOK .:: FISHERMAN SPAGHETTI ::.

It is quite long time since I didn't update my blog with the food, so I has decide to update my blog today when I feel like will stay inside my room with my Human Resource notes and also my computer. I do my own revision as preparation for tomorrow battle (final exam). So, I decide to view some of my previous picture. I saw Fisherman Spaghetti that I cook quite long time ago. If not mistaken, 1 week after I cook Ratatouille.

The spaghetti I call it as Fisherman Spaghetti because I mix a lot off seafood. I put extra tomato paste to make the sauce thick.

Ingredients (1 pax):

1/2 packet of spaghetti
Olive oil
2 Nos of Garlic
1 nos of chop onion
Mussel
Shrimp
Squid
Red wine or sparkling grape juice
1/2 can of tomato paste
Salt
Pepper

Method:

1: Boil spaghetti according the instruction on the spaghetti pack.
2: Chop the onions - not too finely.
3: Press the garlic.
4: Pour olive oil into a large saucepan, add the onions and garlic.
5: Fry them in the olive oil until they change colour (gold).
6: Put mussel.
7: After 3 minute, put shrimp and squid.
8: Stir for 1 minute and pour red wine or sparkling grape juice.
9: Put the spaghetti.
10: Stir for 2 minute and put tomato paste.
11: Add pinch of salt and pepper than stir for 5 minute.
12: Ready for serve.
