EAT - BUBBLE TEA @ SUBANG JAYA SS15

by - Saturday, October 10, 2009

Just located near with the Asia Cafe. This stall sold a beast pearl milk tea. Pearl milk tea also known as "boba milk tea", is traditionally made by adding boba balls (made from a mixture of tapioca and carrageenan powder), large or small, to shaken milk black tea. Some tea houses use pre-mixed milk tea to simplify the steps and reduce cost, thus removing the "shake" part from step and lessening its connection to the "bubble tea" name. This has caused some confusion as to what "bubble" is referring to in pearl milk tea.

Hazelnut syrup milk tea @ RM 3.80. The bubble tea is shaken with a cocktail shaker to produce bubbles, and typically served cold. There are many variants of the flavor that available, depending on what you guys want. The new flavor that they have are Vanilla syrup milk tea, Caramel syrup milk tea and Hazelnut syrup milk tea.
