Yes, now I would like to introduce Tanzini. Still remember my experience with GTower Hotel before? Nope? You might want click HERE.

From farm to table is what the management highlight it. Since I do not have any date for the dinner, I force Rebecca to join me. Actually y my date was late. At first she don't want join but at the end she accompany me. She so nice ^^

If you looking for somewhere that can offer you fine dinning and awesome dining experience, you might want consider Tanzini. Not only the price is reasonable, you will get more than that. Experience, great hospitality service, worth money value, and satisfaction.

The decoration? I believe that the combination of modern, cosy and elegant is part of their concept. So, I think you might to take time when you eat your dinner. Of course those who come with their partner to celebrate their special day will be great with some quality red wine.

Starting with the appetizer.
I forgot what is the appetizer that I had since I was a little bit late and forgot to ask what is the appetizer. What I know is, I ate it.

Rocket salad lemongrass dressing and parmesan shaved.
For the salad, I do not manage to finish it since I not really into healthy food style. For your information, I really seldom eat vegetable. I still can't racist to eat the baby tomato since I really like it. The salad that mix well with lemongrass dressing make the salad not too bitter.

Tanzini Tiger Prawn Vongole
Yes! Can you see the size of the prawn? Damn huge!
This is my choice of main course since I saw the word of tiger prawn. It is a grilled tiger prawn & clams with “Tau Miu‟ sprouts served aglio olio. The prawn is really fresh and juicy. The combination of prawn, pasta and clams just make my dinner perfect.

Lamb ragout, young leek and red wine reduction.

Tiramisu A Pezzi
I think this is my first time eat tiramisu that cover by ice. The tiramisu served in the glass and surrounding by shaved ice. The bottom part if the Tiramisu will cold and that is the reason why you should scoop it from top to bottom in order to really enjoy it.

Pavlova slow-baked meringue
At first, I thought it is some type of biscuit but once I try it, it is not more like cotton candy that I normally get during Christmas. Mix with summer berries, crème anglaise & bittersweet chocolate make it perfect.

Chocolate Cake
The cake a little bit dry but the walnut and chocolate cream make it great.

Below is two ice cream that I manage to try but I forgot the name. When come to dessert, I really need some cooling and this two gelato is make my fine dinning perfect!
